A Journey of
Care,
Support,
&Development

How we Began?

Launch began its journey nearly a decade ago with a commitment to supporting children and families through thoughtful, individualized developmental care. Since then, we have continued to grow, refine our practices, and expand our programs while remaining focused on what matters most: helping children build the skills they need to communicate, learn, participate, and gain greater independence in everyday life.

Over the years, we have continued to develop and refine our approach by strengthening collaboration across disciplines, expanding our expertise, and adapting our programs to better meet the evolving needs of children and families. This ongoing process allows us to provide thoughtful, individualized support that is responsive to each child’s strengths, challenges, and developmental goals.

How we Progress

From the very beginning, we understood that supporting children effectively would require a commitment to development and learning. As our field evolves, we continually review, refine, and strengthen our programs to ensure they reflect current evidence-based practices and the needs of the children and families we serve.
